Before you write
Four questions we ask every new customer — answer them in the first email and we can usually quote the same day.
Which files can you work from?
STEP, X_T, IGES or a native SolidWorks file; PDF or DWG drawings if you have them. Photos with dimensions work for simple parts.
How fast is a quote?
Within 12 working hours, including a process route and DFM notes. Complex assemblies may take a day if we need to check a fixture.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes — send yours or use ours, and we sign it before opening the drawings. Nothing is shared with third parties.
What is the minimum order?
One piece. Prototype and series orders run on the same machines, so the sample you approve is the part you get at volume.
