Who We Are

Fifteen Years of Cutting Metal — Not Corners

JOYBUY is a contract manufacturer specialising in precision CNC machining, sheet metal and surface finishing. We run our own workshop in XXX City with 63 CNC machines, a metrology room and a dedicated engineering team — so the drawing you send is the part you receive.

Most of our customers are engineers and sourcing managers in automotive, aerospace, medical, electronics and robotics. They come to us for the awkward parts: tight tolerances, thin walls, hard alloys, awkward geometries — and for the awkward quantities, from one-off prototypes to 100,000-piece runs.

  • Engineering review (DFM) on every RFQ — we flag cost drivers before you commit
  • NDA signed before we open your drawings; no sub-contracting without your approval
  • One project engineer per order, speaking English, German or Chinese
  • In-process photos, inspection reports and lot traceability with every shipment

Titanium & Nickel Alloys

For chemical, aerospace and medical duty where weight, heat and corrosion decide the drawing.

Ti-6Al-4V · Inconel 718 · Duplex 2205
5-axis milled · slow feeds, carbide tooling

Engineering Plastics

Insulating, food-safe or chemically inert parts that never see a coolant.

POM · PEEK · PTFE · PA6 / PA66 · PMMA · PPSU
Milled & turned · annealed

20+ surface finishes — anodizing, powder coating, plating, passivation, bead blasting, laser engraving and more. See all finishes

02 — Processes In House

How We Make Them

Twelve processes under one roof. Nothing is sub-contracted, so your part is never lost between suppliers — and the tolerance on the drawing is the tolerance we hold.

3-axis CNC milling centre cutting an aluminium bracket

3-Axis CNC Milling

Prismatic parts, pockets, faces, bolt patterns and tapped holes from solid stock.

1200 × 800 × 500 mm · ±0.01 mm · Ra 0.8 µm

Five-axis machining centre with a complex contoured part

5-Axis CNC Milling

Complex contours and five-sided machining in one set-up — fewer fixtures, better geometry.

800 × 600 × 500 mm · ±0.005 mm · one chuck

CNC lathe turning a stainless steel shaft

CNC Turning

Shafts, sleeves, flanges and threads, with live tooling for cross holes and flats.

Ø3–200 mm · ±0.005 mm · bar & chuck work

Swiss-type lathe producing small precision parts from bar stock

Swiss-Type Turning

Small, long, thin parts that would deflect on a normal lathe — bar-fed around the clock.

Ø2–20 mm · ±0.005 mm · 24 h bar feed

Wire EDM cutting a hardened steel tool insert

Wire & Sinker EDM

Hardened steel, sharp internal corners, fine slots and mould details that cutters cannot reach.

0.2 mm wire · Ra 0.4 µm · up to 60 HRC

Cylindrical grinding of a hardened shaft

Surface & Cylindrical Grinding

Sub-micron fits on shafts, flats and bores — the last stop before hard chrome or assembly.

±0.001 mm · Ra 0.1 µm · 2 µm flatness

Laser cut and formed sheet metal parts being welded

Laser Cutting & Sheet Metal

Brackets, panels and weldments with tabs, formed and welded in the same building.

3000 × 1500 mm · 0.5–6 mm sheet · TIG / MIG / spot

Anodized and powder coated machined parts ready for assembly

Finishing & Assembly

Anodizing, powder coating, plating, passivation — then assembly, marking and kitting.
