A three-axis automation frame milled from a solid 6061-T6 billet, with all three linear-rail mounting faces and the dowel pin holes cut in the same operation. This is the frame pattern we build most often for automation integrators.
The hard part here is not the outline, it is the mounting faces. The part is roughed, released and stress-relieved, then the three rail faces are finished — that is how 0.02 mm coplanarity and 0.02 mm squareness actually hold. Skip the relief step and the module goes in straight, then drifts: the error lands on the rail and carriage, and service life with it. Dowel holes are matched H7 against your module base plate.
