A multi-station manifold block milled from solid aluminium, with all five cartridge cavities and the side ports cut from one datum. This is the manifold pattern we build most for pneumatic and hydraulic system integrators.
Manifolds rarely fail on the outside; they fail inside. A burr lifted at a cross-hole intersection travels into the spool, and a seal face that collapses a few microns starts weeping. So the cross-drilled galleries get a dedicated deburring step and ultrasonic cleaning, seal faces are held to 0.02 mm flatness at Ra 1.6 µm, and O-ring grooves follow ISO 3601. Every block is pressure tested at 1.5× working pressure for 5 minutes, and the record ships with it.
Send the circuit diagram, working pressure and medium, and the cavity standard (ISO 7789 or the valve model). We will confirm gallery routing, wall thickness and the cleaning process, then quote with the pressure test record and first-article report. Reply within 48 hours.
